- Maria De Fatima Esteves, President/Founder called the meeting to order at 12:42 pm Welcomed everyone inclusive of Board of Directors and Members
- Attendance: Maria De Fatima Esteves, Teresa DeLuca, Sandy Pitts, Samir Zaher, Henry Esteves, Seny Da Silva, Alfreda Zaher, Tenci Leite Members; Danny Da Silva, Joe Leite, Trina Christie, Marilyn Marshall, Maisa Salhia

- A Quorum was established as per by-laws
- Approval of Minutes of Annual General Meeting of January 27th, 2023: Maria De Fatima Esteves moved to approve the AGM Minutes of January 27th, 2023. Seconded by Samir Zaher. All in favour. Moved
- Approval of Agenda of Annual General Meeting of January 27th, 2024: Maria De Fatima Esteves moved to approve Agenda for the AGM meeting of January 27, 2024, as presented Seconded by Alfreda Zaher. All in favour. Moved
- Financial Statements: Statements prepared by Pearl Sluman with Samir Zaher; only provided information up to November 2023, as we await for additional statements to the end of 2023. Samir Zaher moved to accept the Financial Statements from January 2023 to November 2023 as presented. Seconded by Teresa De Luca. All in favour. Moved.
- Extraordinary Resolution – Public Accountant: BWSF will not required the appointment of the public accountant for the coming fiscal year of January 2024 to December 2024. Motion by Maria De Fatima Esteves as noted above. Seconded by Tenci Leite. All in favour. Moved.
- Extraordinary Resolution – Audit or Review Engagement: BWSF does not require an audit or review engagement to be performed. Motion by Maria De Fatima Esteves as noted above. Seconded by Seny Da Silva. All in favour. Moved.
- Report from Treasurer: Samir Zaher concluded that BWSF is in a good financial position. Total income inclusive of donations from January-November 2023, was $43,132.32. Total expenses for the same period was $48,023.41, total liabilities & equities were $20,865.24.
- Accountant – Pearl Sluman: Maria De Fatima Esteves moved to appoint Pearl Sluman to continue to be the Accountant for BWSF. Seconded by Sandy Pitts. All in favour. Moved.
- President’s Report – Maria De Fatima Esteves: Letter was read to the Board of Directors as attached
- Vice President Report – Teresa De Luca: Letter was read to the Board of Directors as attached
- Annual Report: Tabled to another meeting – pending to receive all statements and additional information
- Presentation of Slate – Tenci Leite: The following members have indicated by signed Letter of Intent to be appointed to the Board of Directors for the Year of 2024
